How Counselling Can Help

Do you feel overwhelmed, numb, stuck or unsure of yourself?

Are you living with loss or change that feels heavy, complicated or hard to navigate?

Perhaps you’re struggling with anxiety, stress or low mood.

Maybe you’re grieving someone important, adjusting to a significant life change, or simply know that something doesn’t feel quite like it used to.

Whatever has brought you here, you’re welcome exactly as you are. You don’t need to have the right words or know exactly where to begin.

I offer a steady, compassionate presence as you find your way forward. Whether you’re navigating something recent or carrying something that has been with you for many years, you don’t have to face it alone.

Together, we’ll create a warm, accepting space where you can explore your thoughts and feelings at your own pace. Our work together is led by you. I won’t tell you how you should feel or rush you towards solutions. Instead, I’ll walk alongside you as you begin to make sense of your experiences and discover what feels right for you.

An inclusive and affirming space

Everyone deserves to feel accepted for who they are.

I welcome clients from all backgrounds and strive to create a counselling space where people feel safe, respected and able to bring their authentic selves.

Whether you’re neurodivergent, part of the LGBTQ+ community, questioning aspects of your identity or simply looking for a therapist who values openness, compassion and acceptance, you’ll be met without judgement.

I am also an RNIB Accredited Sight Loss Counsellor. Whether you are living with sight loss yourself or supporting someone who is, I offer a compassionate, non-judgemental space and will work with you to make counselling accessible in the way that best meets your needs.
